Orders are currently shipped twice a week, so your postal day will depend on when you placed your order.

• MONDAY POSTAGE: All orders placed between 11AM Wednesday to 11AM Sunday will be dispatched on Mondays.
• THURSDAY POSTAGE: All orders placed between 12PM Sunday to 12PM Wednesday will be dispatched on Thursdays. 

SHIPPING TIMES 

• Orders are sent out via Royal Mail, with signatures required; and given timescales are not guaranteed.
• If you have specified a date you require your order for, I will do my utmost to get it to you on time. However, I cannot guarantee it will arrive for that specific date, so please try and be as flexible as possible.
• Orders are shipped in protective packaging, but there may be some wear and tear or light damage during transit. BakesbyJas cannot be held responsible for the damage occurred whilst in transit. 
• Please ensure all contact details and personal information are correct before paying. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements we need to be aware of. All personal information will remain confidential.

CORONAVIRUS STEPS

In terms of COVID-19, The European Food Safety Authority have stated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is transmitted through eating food. Although it is unlikely that the virus will be transmitted through food, we still maintain excellent food safety practices and we are food safety and hygiene qualified.

 A FEW DETAILS

• As brownies and blondies are made fresh to order, presentation may vary from the picture.
• Exact toppings on the brownies and blondies may vary based on allergens or available stock.
• Best before 7 Days. Store at room temperature for 1 week or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
• Serving size guides may be given on listings, but the number of actual servings may differ as slicing methods/preparations will affect the number given.
• The gift wrap option must be added to your basket to be included with your order.

ALLERGENS

• Made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, nuts and gluten. Ingredients and allergen information is listed in the description of each product. Gluten free and vegan options will be marked with a (V), and Gluten Free Options with a (GF).
• All brownies are alcohol free/gelatine free, but please clearly outline any special dietary requirements when ordering.
• Brownies can be made free of allergens (eg. gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts) but please be aware that they are handled in one kitchen, so there is a chance of allergen traces for those who are highly sensitive.
• Bakes by Jas cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.

REFUNDS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• If you need to cancel your order for any reason, it must be done so within 24 hours after you placed it.
• Any changes you wish to make to your order must be done within 24 hours of placing it. In most cases changes can be accommodated, however at times it is not possible. I will however try to accommodate you to the best of my ability. 
• Once your order is in production and has been shipped, no refunds will be issued. 
• In the rare instance whereby Bakes by Jas is unable to fulfil the order, a full refund of any payments made will be issued. 

PHOTOGRAPHS & SOCIAL MEDIA

All products may be photographed prior to, or upon delivery. Bakes by Jas reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you, including any social media posts by the customer.
