POSTAGE DAYS & SHIPPING TIMES

When are your postal days?

Orders are currently shipped twice a week, so your postal day will depend on when you placed your order.

• MONDAY POSTAGE: All orders placed between 11AM Wednesday to 11AM Sunday will be dispatched on Mondays.
• THURSDAY POSTAGE: All orders placed between 12PM Sunday to 12PM Wednesday will be dispatched on Thursdays. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 2-3 working days depending on Royal Mail, your local area’s postal service and may differ on public holidays. I can't guarantee timescales or arrival for a specific date, so I would recommend ordering at least 3 working days before you need your brownies or cookies if they are a gift!

For additional piece of mind, our postage options are Royal Mail Signed For all requiring a signature, which can be selected at checkout.

What are blondies?

Blondies are the white chocolate sisters of the classic Brownie! Same fudgy delicious texture, but with white chocolate instead of milk chocolate.

How long will my brownies and cookies last?

Our brownies and cookies are best eaten before 7 Days. You can store them at room temperature for 1 week or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

What size are the gift boxes?

Our black bespoke gift boxes are approximately 228mm x 163mm x 35mm and come as standard with your order. 

MY ORDER

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, our black bespoke boxes come with tissue paper and a personalised message (please contact me if a message is wanted) as standard.

How are the brownies and cookies packaged? I want to keep it a surprise for someone.. 

Brownies and cookies are packed in our bespoke boxes. The outer packaging is a plain postal box, and there is no mention of the contents on it - so it easily concealed to surprise a loved one!

All our cookies and brownies are individually wrapped, and then are gift wrapped in tissue paper. 

Can I order to different addresses?

Yes, of course! Order as many as you like, but they will need to be paid for in separate transactions.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Do you offer gluten free versions?

Yes we will shortly offer gluten free on specific bakes! These will be highlighted with a (GF) for Gluten Free. Full ingredients can be found in the product descriptions. Please check back for updates. 

Are they alcohol and gelatine free?

Yes, all our cookies, blondies and brownies are alcohol and gelatine free.
